Grace Seattle Women’s Retreat 2013
The retreat weekend will include teaching, small group discussions, worship and down time to rest and hang out together. Join us for a weekend of exploring our faith and connecting with other Grace women!

The truth is that we, as followers of Christ, are never alone. The Holy Spirit of God dwells in us, giving us the possibility of true rest, causing us to remember what is true, and making us flourish with bountiful life. This is the reality of Jesus’ deeply kind promise to His disciples at the Last Supper, “I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper to be with you forever.” We will pay attention to this encouraging and abiding gift of God, and be mindful of the work the Spirit is creating in our lives.

Sleeping Arrangements
Each room accommodates 2 people. Rooms will be randomly assigned according to registration date prior to the retreat. Bedding is provided, including pillows and blankets. Mothers with infants may want to bring a pack and play or portable bassinet.

Meals and Snacks
All meals will be buffet-style, prepared by the Rainbow Lodge. Dinner will not be served on Friday night, however, you may bring dinner to eat at the lodge if you like. Please bring a snack to share with others.

The Lodge will work around some food allergies. Please indicate any allergies on the registration form. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the dining room for guest use if you would like to bring your own food to supplement the meals.

You are welcome to bring wine or beer, but the Lodge does not allow hard alcohol.

Saturday Free Time
There will be a free afternoon with a few loosely organized activities like hiking, spa trip, outlet mall shopping and possibly something crafty. Feel free to use the time however you like. More details will be provded closer to the retreat.

• Equipment for outdoor activity (hiking boots, frisbees, jogging wear)
• Discovery pass or cash if planning to hike
• Snack to share
• Any special food to accommodate dietary restrictions

Take I-90 E to the N Bend/WA-202 W Exit #31. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto N Bend Boulevard North/Bendigo Blvd S. Turn right onto W North Bend Way. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto E North Bend Way. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto E North Bend Way. Turn left onto SE Mt Si Rd. Continue onto 452nd Ave SE. Continue onto SE Mt Si Rd/Nat for Dev Rd 9010.Continue to follow SE Mt Si Rd to Retreat Center.

Friday, January 18
7:30 pm: Arrival and check-in
8:30-9:30 pm: Teaching session followed by small groups
9:00 pm: Snacks and free time

Saturday, January 19
8:30-9:30 am: Breakfast
10:00-11:00 am: Teaching session followed by a personal time of reflection
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:00-5:00 pm: Free time
5:00-7:00 pm: Teaching session followed by small groups
7:00-8:30 pm: Dinner
9:00 pm: Movie night

Sunday, January 20
8:30-9:30 am: Large breakfast together
9:30-11:00 am: Worship, teaching, and prayer
11:00 am-12:00 pm: Clean-up and check out
